Ongoing Onsite and/or Video or Audio Conference Consultations
Follow-up to on-site training - monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual onsite, audio, and/or video-conference sessions for CCR coordinators, work-groups, or full committees to facilitate ongoing movement toward goals, and ensure the success of your project. This may include intra and inter-agency protocol development and implementation practices, CCR coordination, strategic planning for specific change, tracking and monitoring, evaluation, and community updates.
Getting the Picture - Mini-sessions with a GVI Consultant (On-site or via video conference)
Multiple one or two-hour collaborative, or discipline-focused, meetings with selected system practitioners, advocates, and/or victims of abuse, briefing the GVI consultant on local conditions in order to better tailor the consults, thus providing the assistance for local change.
